We provide Principal Financial to give preventative, basic restoration, and major services. With both a preferred dentist and the option to use any doctor of your choice, we make sure that our employees have access and even remove the deductible for preventative care.
We provide Vision Service Plan where you can choose from our best top of the line vision service providers and withour signature network receive the coverage our employees deserve.
We make sure that our employees will receive base group life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance. This can be provided with voluntary life insurance where employees may opt into a voluntary life insurance with certain thresholds being maintained requiring no health statement.
We provide both short-term and long-term disability insurance to make sure that our employees are properly compensated for any situations or disabilities that they may be overcoming and we make sure to have options available for them.
We make sure to enact Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code which allows us to set up a plan that allows us to pay for our employees and their dependents’ portion of the insurance premiums on a tax-free basis. The premium amount is deducted from the payroll before taxes are figured, so eployees get to use their money tax-free. Participation is voluntary, but all employees will be automatically enrolled in the Section 125 plan.
